We as a close, tight knit community, grow stronger together physically, mentally, and motivationally. Whether you're attending personal training or using the facility, we create an atmosphere where you can fully express and train the way you want to. We believe that working out is like therapy and the stronger you get in the gym, the stronger you become in life! Ever since 2017, owner and trainer, Jacob Rohloff, created Southside Strength from nothing and continues to offer the same philosophy and encouragement to all who enter the gym to, “Train With Attitude."
